Shipping and Delivery Times
Products that are in stock at our location (Villa Kontor, Geschwister-Scholl-Str. 9, 04205 Leipzig, Germany) will be shipped as soon as possible after the order is received.
For orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM, shipping is usually done on the same day, but no later than the following business day.
We ship insured packages via DHL and DPD from Monday to Friday.
Delivery to a Packstation or a parcel shop is possible—please clearly indicate this in the delivery address.
In some cases, we arrange shipping directly from our suppliers' central warehouses. In these instances, we have no influence over the chosen transport company.
Therefore, Packstations and parcel shops may not always be an option.
The same applies to goods that, due to their size and/or weight, must be transported via a freight forwarding company.
Delivery times for products that are not in stock at our own warehouse depend on the supplier and the product itself.
Availability, delivery times, and related conditions are indicated on the respective product pages.
The stated delivery times reflect the average delivery time for the product.
If the estimated delivery date cannot be met, our customer service will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with an updated delivery estimate.
If the stated delivery time is significantly exceeded, you have the option to cancel your purchase at any time.
The full purchase price will be refunded to you, and you will not incur any disadvantages.
However, delays do not entitle you to claim damages or interest.
The stated delivery times apply to shipping within Germany. Delivery times may be longer for international shipments.
Please note that orders with the payment option "Prepayment (Bank Transfer)" will only be processed after the payment has been received.

Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees apply for deliveries. These depend on the value of the goods, local tax rates, and fee regulations and must be covered by the recipient.
