Villa Kontor offers a wide range of payment options. Regardless of the payment method you choose, transaction security is our top priority. We collaborate with trusted payment partners such as PayPal and Mollie B.V. to ensure a safe shopping experience.

PayPal

Easily pay for your order using your PayPal account. At the end of the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website, where you can log in and confirm the payment using your preferred method (app, SMS, etc.). The charge will be processed based on the payment method you have stored in your PayPal account.

Credit Card

Enjoy the convenience of credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Payments are processed securely via our payment partner Mollie B.V.. At the end of your order, you will be redirected to their secure payment page to complete the transaction.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay uses your saved credit or debit card information. Take advantage of your Apple devices for quick and seamless transactions. You can also complete payments effortlessly with a single tap when using the Safari browser.

Klarna (Invoice, Installments, or Instant Payment)

Klarna is one of Europe's leading payment service providers, offering multiple options:

  • Klarna Pay Now: Pay the full amount immediately.

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

After completing your order, you will receive an email with payment details and instructions.
Your order will be shipped after we receive the payment in our account.
For items not in stock, we will only request them from our suppliers after full payment has been received. This may result in longer delivery times.
We will reserve the ordered items for a maximum of 7 days until payment is received.
