ARTISANE ist eine handgefertigte Stickerei, die in Indien entsteht und organische Linien entwirft, die sich wie kletternde Pflanzen umeinander winden. Die Zöpfe beeindrucken durch ihre poetische Absicht und technische Virtuosität. Sie wird aus gedrehten Garnen auf einer Flechtmaschine hergestellt, deren Produktionskapazität nur 5 bis 6 Meter pro Tag beträgt. Mit Anmut erinnert ARTISANE an die berühmte Lampe „Liane" von Jean Royère, die frei inspiriert ist von der pflanzlichen Welt der 50er Jahre.
